libdvdcss 1.2.10 rpms for Mandriva Linux 2008.1

libdvdcss is a library which facilitates read access (watching) of Video DVDs under Linux, it's also needed by Handbrake to read DVDs.

For Mandriva Linux 2008.1 only libdvdcss 1.2.9 is available in the software repositories, so I have rebuilt the Mandriva Linux 2009.0 plf source rpm of the current libdvdcss (1.2.10) version for Mandriva Linux 2008.1.
